Insertional & non-insertional Achilles tendinopathies are multifactoral resulting from training errors, poor conditioning, biomechanical factors & underlying health conditions

Ankle Pain

Numerous causes of ankle pain including Achilles tendinopathies, posterior tibial tendinopathy, lateral ankle issues, nerve impingement/irritation & arthritis

Plantar Heel Pain

10% of the adult population experience heel pain at some point in their life. This can include Achilles tendon pain, plantar fascia pain, stress fracture, fat pad & nerve irritation

Midfoot Pain

Usually resulting from excessive compressive stress due to an unstable foot. If management is not optimal then pain & the development of arthritis may occur

Forefoot Pain

There are numerous conditions of the forefoot including Morton's neuroma, plantar plate/flexor tendon inflammation, bursitis/capsulitis, stress fracture, callus & corns.

Shin Pain

A common condition that presents in athletes of all levels. There are many causes of shin pain, so important to obtain a diagnosis. The most common is medial tibial stress syndrome

The knee is a common site for overuse injury as it relies on optimal function of the foot & pelvis. If optimal function is compromised this can lead to injury

Many toe problems exist including claw toes, hammer or mallet toes. Other common conditions include over lapping toes, bunions & changes as a result of arthritis
